Terms of rental

1. The Lessee declares that they are familiar with the technical condition of the leased equipment and accepts the following terms and conditions.
2. The contract is concluded for the period agreed between the parties.
3. Failure to return the equipment within the agreed deadline results in an additional charge of 100% of the rental price for each subsequent day.
4. If a VAT invoice is issued, VAT is added to the quoted prices.
5. The Lessee undertakes to use the rented equipment in accordance with its purpose and not to make any alterations without the permission of the Lessor.
6. The Lessee bears the cost of any repairs and maintenance of the equipment resulting from damage caused by the Lessee's use.
7. The Lessee acknowledges that every device in the set comes with the necessary high-quality cables, and that returning the equipment without accessories results in an additional fee in accordance with the price list below.
8. The Lessee undertakes not to sublease the rented equipment or encumber it with the rights of third parties without the consent of the Lessor.
9. Cancellation of a reservation less than 24 hours before the agreed rental date results in a charge of 50% of the full rental amount.
10. After the end of the contract, the Lessee is obliged to return the rented equipment to the Lessor in the original condition recorded on the date of collection.
11. Personal data provided in connection with the rental is processed by RDE Europe sp. z o.o. in order to provide the DJ equipment rental service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
